Delete your account and data
You can request deletion of your zLive account and associated data (such as profile details and in-app content). Submit the request using the form below or email us from the address linked to your account. We typically review and process requests within 2 business days. We may contact you to confirm ownership before completing the deletion.

After you delete your account, we may retain certain technical information for up to 30 days so you can recover the account if you change your mind
Note: Any active Apple App Store or Google Play subscriptions must be canceled before you delete your account. Some records may be retained only when required by law (for example, for fraud prevention or tax compliance), as described in our Privacy Policy.

You can delete your account directly in the app: Settings → Manage account → Delete account.
If you can’t access the app, you can submit a deletion request through our web form or by contacting support.
When your account is deleted, we remove or anonymize your user identifier and delete in-app content connected to the account. We do not keep personal data after deletion unless we must retain certain information to meet legal obligations or for security purposes (for example, fraud prevention or tax records).
